Keith Pletz is the founder of Refreshed Property Services, a cleaning company that has been in operation for over 30 years. Keith started his business from nothing and has built it into a successful family-run bussiness.

 

Keith had been working as a cleaner for a small company for many years when he realized his passion for the industry and his desire to run his own business. In 1987, he took a leap of faith and left his stable job to start his own cleaning business. With little capital and no external funding, Keith relied on his hard work, determination and attention to detail to get his business off the ground.

 

Today, Refreshed Property Services is a well-respected and established cleaning company, with a team of experienced and dedicated staff. Keith has successfully turned his small venture into a family business, with his wife and son now working alongside him to serve their clients.

Cheryl who, along with her husband Keith, founded Refreshed Property Services. With her expertise in accounting, Cheryl oversees the financial aspect of the company, which has thrived from a small startup to a thriving business with a loyal client base. Her determination and hard work have been essential in building a successful business that is widely respected in the community.

Jeff Williams has been the General Manager of Refreshed Property Services for the past 5 years. With his years of experience in management, he brings a strong set of skills to the company. Jeff has a proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams to achieve success. His previous jobs have provided him with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in his current role. He is known for his excellent work ethic and people skills, making him a valuable asset to the company.
